Nearby is the fast growing and developing campus, in the grounds and buildings of the original Chatham Royal Naval Dockyard. There are currently approximately 4000 students, estimated to reach 10,000 in the next few years. Many students come from overseas (29% at the University of Greenwich at Medway alone). They are predominantly from India and Africa.
The VOICE is the result of many years of cross-cultural mission in Uganda and India through Inn Christian Ministries (www.inn.org.uk). The Director, Peter Marchand, is one of the three founding leaders of the church, working together with two Ugandan colleagues, Charles Okwir and Robson Atoke.
The VOICE seeks to blend the strengths of the different cultures represented. It is in its early stages and we are looking for people, male or female, who have a bold pioneering spirit, who get a buzz from the challenges and excitement of radical church planting and just love to be in at the earliest stages, helping to shape history and destiny. The VOICE has no hidden agenda – its people are the agenda. We focus on fervency in prayer, boldness in preaching and simplicity in praise and worship.

Every Sunday there is a light lunch provided for you free. Every 2nd Sunday of the month is Sandwich Sunday, where more food is guaranteed for you after the Main Service. Every 5th Sunday of the month there is a fantastic International Meal, reflecting our many different cultures. Just come, meet us, let us know who you are and where you’re from, and God will take it from there………
