Pastor Charles comes from Lira in northern Uganda. He is married to Margaret and has a family of nine children, three girls and six boys, with a further two grand-children, a girl and a boy. He studied successfully for his Diploma in The Bible and Theology from 1983-1986. From 1994-5 he studied for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in The Bible and Theology at the Continental Theological Seminary in Brussels, Belgium, graduating with a First Class qualification. He has pastored various Pentecostal Assemblies of God churches in Lira and Apach Districts of Uganda. In 1996 God called him to co-found the Victory Outreach Church based in Lira. The church has grown now to over 1200 adults and children, with 80 branch churches within Uganda.

Pastor Peter was born and bred in the south east of England. He has a Masters Degree in Theology from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate of Education from the University of Bristol. Having taught at Secondary level for twelve years in the UK and the South Pacific, God led him into full-time Christian ministry in 1982. Together with his wife, Gillian, he spent three years as a missionary in Cairo, Egypt, and returned to pastor Napier Road Pentecostal Church, now Beulah Christian Fellowship, in Gillingham, Kent. In 1991 he established Inn Christian Ministries and has spent much time ministering in other countries, especially Uganda and India, holding open air outreaches and Leaders Conferences, church planting, and encouraging smaller churches. He was released from leadership of Beulah Christian Fellowship at the end of 2003 to develop Inn CM and now The VOICE. Peter and Gillian have three grown-up sons.
Pastor Robson Atoke

Pastor Robson was born in 1960 in Lira, northern Uganda. He grew up there and was educated at Lira Town College and Sir Samuel Baker School in Gulu, successfully obtaining A levels in History, Economics and Divinity. From there he went to Kampala for two years to study for a Diploma in Law and Judicial Practice. Having completed there successfully, he has been a magistrate since 1987 until May 2005 when God called him to leave to co-plant The VOICE. He was at the time in his second year of study for the Bachelor of Law Degree (LlB) in Kampala, but postponed his studies to go to the United Kingdom. He is one of the co-founders of the Victory Outreach Church in Lira, together with Pastor Charles and three others. He is married to Eunice, and has four children, three boys and one girl, ages ranging from 21 to 10.

Pastor James Sowah
Assistant Pastor 07961 256408 (mobile) baruchy2k@yahoo.com Pastor James comes from Dodowa in the greater Accra region of Ghana. He was born and bred in Accra, the capital city of Ghana. During his high school education his conviction of seeing his generation saved led him into active youth and student work, which resulted in his Presidency of the Scripture Union, as well as the Missionary Student’s Fellowship. He joined the Centre for Christian Youth Development in the capacity as the Director for Correspondence and Administration, which involved youth camps, counselling, school outreaches, etc. Having pursued Dispensing Technology at the Kumasi Polytechnic Institute, the Lord led him to serve as a Prayer Director on the Polytechnic Chaplaincy Board, as well as a member of Campus Crusade for Christ. He was the President of the Presby/Methodist Students Union, the largest Christian Fellowship on campus, having already served as a Prayer Director of the same Union for a year. He led the Union for their first ever Students in Church Evangelism programme. He has travelled across eight regions with the Gospel in Ghana and was actively involved in his local church, serving among the Young People’s Guild, the Boys’ Brigade, Chosen Vessels and the Gospel Singers. He is the Co-founder/Director of Zoe Heralds, an NGO working with the youth and students in Ghana with a passion for souls. Pastor James is passionate about soul winning and believes no one is beyond the saving power of God. He is happily married to his sweetheart Sandra and they live in Gillingham. |
